Bear with me on this one, because I have some pretty unconventional tips from the model-actress world. Models have a tendency to overwork themselves, particularly during fashion season. It's hard for them to even catch a wink of sleep. Given the industry, however, they are never allowed to look tired. So a popular model trick to whisk away under-eye bags is to use Preparation H hemorrhoid cream.
Hemorrhoid creams perform well for this task because they specifically target inflammation of the skin-especially in sensitive areas.
