Individual Order Policy

Order Guidelines
All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. We ship orders Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Approximate shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Payment methods
We accept the following credit cards, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, JCB.
If you prefer other forms of payment, please contact us. We do not save your credit card information unless you request us to, when placing your order.

Taxes
All International orders are subject to their local taxes and import duties.

Shipping
Canada : Via Canada Post Expedited : 3 to 5 business days
US : Via Canada Post Expedited Parcel U.S.A. : 6 to 9 business days to continental U.S.A.
Japan: Via Yamato Transport : 4 to 7 business days
We are currently shipping to Canada, USA and Japan. For all other countries, please kindly contact us as we are always adding more countries to our shipping database.

Return Policy
We strive to offer the highest quality products available. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase simply send it back within 30 days of the purchase date for a full 100% refund (Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be required to pay the return shipping costs to send an item back to us, unless the return is a result of our error.) In order to return an item, a return authorization must be issued within 30 days of the ship date of the original order. Please email us to obtain a return authorization, and instructions on how to send your shipment back. Returns will not be refunded without a previously issued return authorization from us. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the returning package. Your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your return shipment. Please do not send the product back after the 30 day refund period has expired as we will not be able to ship it back to you. Refunds are limited to one order per customer. This return policy doesn't apply to raw material orders.
